All prices and fares on this site are in BGN, including VAT, excluding delivery fare. Chocolate House Ltd reserves the right to change fares, products and other parameters on this site. All trademarks are reserved and belong to their owners. Chocolate House trademark belongs to Chocolate House Ltd. 

Chocolate House Ltd grants you a limited and non-exclusive license to access and use the site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal needs and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except permitted by Chocolate House Ltd in advance. You cannot reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, disassemble, or otherwise exploit this site unless permitted by Chocolate House Ltd in writing. You are not allowed to make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business.  Chocolate House Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case where customer behavior violates applicable law or is harmful to Chocolate House Ltd interests.

There is possibility of incorrect information due to type or administration errors. Chocolate House Ltd will have the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products with incorrect information and is obliged to refund all amounts to credit card owners.

Subject of sale are the products listed on this site. The products are described and arranged in categories according to the concept of the site. The order of a product is considered agreement to its appearance, quality and price.

Terms of order, processing and delivery

After you submit your order, the system sends automatically generated message on the e-mail address provided by you, confirming the successful submission of the order. Within one hour, you should receive another e-mail message, confirming that your order has been successfully processed. 

Deliveries are being executed only on the territory of Bulgaria to the following destinations:

 Standard Delivery

Till the end of the next working day and Saturday, if the order has been submitted until 2 pm. If the order has been submitted past 2 pm, the delivery is being postponed with one day. No deliveries are made on Sundays. Orders submitted on Saturdays or Sundays are being delivered on Tuesday. Express orders submitted on Saturdays or Sundays are being delivered on Monday. The price of the standard delivery to the above stated cities is 4, 50 BGN up to one kilogram, every next kilogram is being charged additional 0, 70 BGN  

Express DeliveryWithin one working day, only to Sofia, Stara Zagora and Bourgas, if the order has been submitted till 10 am the same day. The price of the express delivery to the above stated cities is 8,00 BGN up to one kilogram, every next kilogram is being charged additional 1,00 BGN

The deliveries are made by InTime Courier  

Order Cancellation is possible after the order has been submitted but before it has been processed. Full refund is made in case that customer is canceling the order. Should the merchandiser experience troubles processing the order, you will be notified within one hour after submitting the order, the order will be cancelled and full amounts refunded to credit card owners. 

Returns and exchanges of products purchased from this site are not possible after delivery. Returns after delivery are only possible if the ordered and the delivered products differ, which could not have been ascertained in the moment of delivery. If thus the case, Chocolate House Ltd is responsible for all delivery expenses.    

Payment

Payment are being accepted with credit Visa or MasterCard or bank cards with the signs of Visa and MasterCard

Customer rights and liability

The customer has the right to submit its order through this site and the terms and conditions stated here.

The customer has the right to receive and request information regarding the status of his order.

The Customer has the right to receive the ordered product on the address stated into his order, after submitting his payment, according to the site terms.

The customer is liable of submitting his payment according to the terms of this site.

The customer cannot reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, disassemble, or otherwise exploit this Site unless permitted by Chocolate House Ltd in writing. The customer may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business.  

Chocolate House Ltd rights and liability

Chocolate House Ltd is not liable of control of how the customers are using the represented on this site products and servicesChocolate House Ltd has the rights, but not the obligations to save information on the server of the site and to present it to third parties, the city and Government services, whenever required, in order to protect the rights and the lawful interests of Chocolate House Ltd, the property and security of Chocolate House ltd, as well as these of third parties, in case of demands related to violation of their rights through use and distribution of this information or in case the information is required by Government institutions, according to the law system of the country.

Chocolate House Ltd has the right at any time, without notifying the customers, when the latter is violating any of the terms above, or by judgment of Chocolate House Ltd, to terminate, cancel or change the provided services. Chocolate House Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss due to termination, cancellation, changes or limitation of the services, deletion or modification, incorrect or incomplete information or materials, carried, used, saved by the means of this site.

Chocolate House ltd reserves the rights to provide space for hyper links to other Internet locations. Chocolate House Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss related to the use, access or credibility of those materials and their contents. The customer is liable for any damage caused to www.zapresurs.ru and third parties due to the use or access to those Internet locationsChocolate House Ltd is not liable for any damage of the hardware or software, telecommunications equipment or data loss, due to the access, browsing and use of this site.
